Null object automatically created if null is sent in to cache.

If a null is sent into the AddObject in cache it will automatically be translated into a cache null object.

Cache key needs to be escaped

The cache key needs to be esacaped to ensure that the key can't be forged. Double the separator in the strings sent in.

Make a the configuration not built on the configuration file

The configuration should not be built on the config-file. On init the configuration should be built from the config-file.
